SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

🚚 SHIPPING

At Cælesse, we ship both domestically and internationally.

💸 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

• Domestic shipments (Mainland Spain): €7.50. Shipping is free on orders over €75.

• Other destinations (Canary Islands and International): Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

🗓️ Delivery Times:

• Spain: Estimated delivery within 48 business hours from order confirmation.

• International: Variable timeframe depending on the destination; this will be indicated at checkout.

Note: These timeframes are estimates. Cælesse is not liable for delays due to customs issues, force majeure, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

❗ Customer Obligations:
Please provide complete and accurate information (address, postal code, customs details). Cælesse is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

RETURNS

🗓️ Return Period:
You have 15 days from the date of shipment to return your order. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed since the shipment date, we cannot accept the return.

✅ Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: it must be unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry products cannot be returned.

🔄 Return Procedure:

1. Contact us via email at info@caelesse.com to inform us of the return.

2. Return the product to the address we will provide via email.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

🎫 Refunds:
Once the items are received and verified, Cælesse will refund the amount of the items (excluding shipping and return costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange for the same or a similar item.

💸 Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Domestic returns: €7.50.

• International/Other returns: The cost established by the courier service.
  We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your item.

🔁 Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for another, you must specify which product you want to exchange it for within 15 days of the order shipment.
